Built around your legal duties

A "suitable" induction, every timeUnder CDM 2015, the principal contractor must ensure a suitable site induction is provided: one that reflects the real risks of that specific site. Every project here carries its own hazards, RAMS, and site rules straight through to each worker's induction.

Documented instruction, not just informationThe Health and Safety at Work Act calls for genuine instruction, not just handing over a document. Workers confirm they've read your hazards, policies, and RAMS, and sign to that effect before they're allowed to start.

Privacy by design

Induction content isn't storedThe completed induction, address, medical details, next-of-kin, signature and photo, is emailed straight to the worker and to you as a PDF. We don't keep a copy of it on our servers; the email is the record. We do keep a short summary (name, email, date, and induction status) so your dashboard can show who's completed theirs.

No separate password to leakA worker's date of birth is only ever used to unlock their one-time induction link, it's never used as a login anywhere else, and it's never shared or sold.

You control what's sharedEvery field on your project, logo, policies, contacts, is optional and entirely under your control. Nothing is collected that you didn't choose to add.
