By creating an account or using any OHSE.app tool, you agree to these terms. If you're accepting them on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to do so.
OHSE.app provides software tools, including Site Report, Site Inspection, and Site Induction, that help construction teams capture, organise, and share site records, inspections, and worker induction documentation.
OHSE.app is a record-keeping and documentation tool. It does not replace your own health & safety judgment, your statutory duties, or professional advice. You remain responsible for complying with all applicable health & safety law and for the accuracy of the records your team creates using our tools.
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on the plan and interval you select at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard, or by contacting us; cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current billing period unless we say otherwise in writing.
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
You (or your company) own the project data, reports, and records you create using OHSE.app. We process that data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Where a record, like an induction PDF, is designed to be emailed to you rather than stored on our servers, you're responsible for keeping your own copy.
We aim to keep the service reliably available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to pause the service occasionally for maintenance, updates, or issues outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OHSE.app is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any failure of your own health & safety processes, compliance obligations, or on-site decisions: the software supports your record-keeping, it doesn't make those decisions for you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may suspend or end access to the service for accounts that breach these terms, don't pay for the subscription, or misuse the platform. You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do; continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
